Numbers and Your Life

Many of you are familiar with Numerology. You may even have had a “numerology reading” whether it was with a professional numerologist, a published column, generated by a computer, or as entertainment at a social function. Where ever it took place, you were pretty amazed at the accuracy of the information presented. Numerology is a science. Science uses standardized formulas to reproduce consistent results, as does Numerology. Using simple addition and subtraction formulas, Numerology can reveal the patterns of creation.
Numerology has been my passion since 1985. I sometimes describe myself as a number disguised as a human being.
Growing up, I always believed that there was a reason for everything, I just couldn’t find it and no one could help me. In 1985 I was introduced to the science of numerology. It was like having regained my sight after 40 years of blindness. I apprenticed for 8 years and eventually developed a branch of numerology I call Cosmic Numerology with Quantum Numbers.
Cosmic Numerology is a combination of classical Pythagorean numerology (patterns formed by the letters of your name and the numbers of your birthday), those aspects of quantum physics that deal with potential, intention, and energy, and the concepts of reincarnation (conscious choice), and gematria (the art of interpreting the energetic’s of words and symbols.)
Quantum Numbers, as I define them, are the essence of the single digit totals derived from adding or subtracting a series of numbers. When these numbers are linked together into numeric daisy chains, they reveal the positive and negative potentials associated with any thought, feeling, emotion, action, or circumstance.
Over the years I’ve had many insights into the importance of numbers. They are a language that can help us interpret the patterns and frequencies of our lives and the Cosmos. Everything in the Universe vibrates. The vibration has a frequency. The frequency can be measured using numbers. The frequency we call “our lives” can also be analyzed and interpreted by studying the energetic relationships of the letters and numbers in our names.
Some examples of the numeric relationship of words and
numbers.
1 Sound, Sweets, Discipline, Emotion, Chaos (new beginnings, ”I”, issues of the ego.)
2 Numbers, Time, Light, Vibration, Energy, Magnetism, Issues, Emotions Healing, PEPSI (actions involving an “other.”)
8 Movement, Creator, Epilepsy, god, Cancer, Virus, Prosperity, Coca Cola,
Photons, Electromagnetism (Actions
involving: power, self-empowerment, wisdom, knowledge, expertise, ability to
organize and orchestrate.)
· If you were born in February or November, there is a 90% probability that your father was not around as you were growing up. He may have worked 80 hours a week or been a shift-worker (policeman or fireman), in the military, a traveling salesman, or may have been physically but not emotionally present.
· If you were born in November you are a charter member of the “whip of the month club.” That is, you have such high expectations for your Self that you mentally or emotionally whip your Self constantly and therefore need a new whip each month. Actually, you are caught between two worlds, the world of the way it is and the world of the way it ought to be.
· If your month, day, and year of birth reduce to a 19, it indicates that there may have been emotional and physical pain and suffering the first twenty years of your life. This was to teach you empathy and compassion. You are destined for leadership and need to understand the pain and suffering of those you will lead.
Some examples of the interpretation of letters.
· If S is the first letter of your first name, you are seldom satisfied and always want to improve things.
· If M is the first letter of your first name you are an excellent manipulator. This is not a judgment but a statement.
·
If E is the first letter of your first name and
you are a woman, whether you wear a bag on your head or dress in a potato sack,
the opposite sex will always be attracted to you. (Ellen, Elaine,
·
If you are a man and E is the first letter of
your first name, you enjoy pursuing the opposite sex. (Edward, Eric,
· If you are a woman and E is the first vowel but not the first letter (Sherry, Rebekah, Helen) it indicates that before you allow physical intimacy, your partner will have to perform the 12 feats of Hercules to prove they are worthy of being with a goddess and that it is not just a one night stand.
There is a formula for determining why you chose your birth or adoptive family, another formula can determine the purpose of a marriage and the reasons for its dissolution. Other formulas put in place by you determine the soulution for each of your life’s challenges, can identify your purpose for being here, and reveal your blueprint for life.
One of my insights led me to redesign the Cabalistic Tree of Life. I replaced the letters and symbols with nine numbers placed on 9 action points. Running in a straight line directly from the root to the crown of the Tree are the numbers 9, 5, 1. I find it interesting that they correspond to the letters RNA the building block for our DNA.
Numbers are pervasive in our daily lives; we have phone numbers, house/apt numbers, pin numbers, ID numbers, charge card numbers . . . . Numbers determine when our alarm clock should ring, our credit worthiness, how long something needs to cook, the amount of time left to accomplish something. The foods we crave transposed into numbers can reveal behavior patterns and/or emotional states. Numbers can reveal our preconscious thoughts and potential reactions.
Life situations can be converted into numeric sequences that show the relationship between specific behavior patterns and health issues. When you look at your digital clock in the middle of the night, the three numbers on the display convey a message about something in your life. Numbers play a symbolic role in the movies. The names of characters reflect their psychological and emotional states. In the movie “Two Weeks Notice” the name of the female lead is Lucy. The letters for Lucy transpose to the number 16, a number indicating a tendency to play the role of savior, fight for lost causes, and become disappointed when other don’t share her zealotry for lost causes. When Lucy breaks up with her boyfriend, she orders Chinese food by numbers that represent her unhappiness. At the end of the movie when she is with her beloved, she again orders Chinese but orders a different set of numbers that reflect her happiness.
Numbers themselves are messengers. In the movie “Groundhog Day, the alarm clock is stuck at 6:00. Until Phil becomes more responsible and compassionate (a positive 6), the Universe (00) will not release him; the song on the radio is “I Got You Babe.”
The chart for converting letters into numbers for the English language, looks like this:
1 2 3
4 5 6 7 8
9
A B C D E F G H I
J K L
M N O P Q R For me,
the letters W and Y are vowels along with A, E, I, O and U.
S T U V W X Y Z
Here are some mnemonic tricks to help you learn to convert the letters into their numeric equivalents:
3 = CLU clue 4 = DMV Dept. of Motor Vehicles
5 = ENW new 6 = FOX
7 = GPY gippy 9 = IR pirate talk I RRRRRRRR
Once the letters have been converted into numbers, the numbers will need to be interpreted. Following are some brief interpretations for the numbers 1 – 9. Reflecting the duality of our Universe, each number has both positive and negative characteristics. (Any numerology book will give you extensive interpretations of the positive and negative characteristics of each number.)
1 – Actions dealing with the ego Self
2 – Actions involving others, communication, letting go of attachments
3 – Actions involving social Interactions and focus
4 – Actions related to getting it done and control
5 – Actions of flexibility and balance
6 – Actions involving levels of responsibility
7 – Actions of faith, patience, trust, abandonment, control
8 – Actions of empowerment, finances, business, recognition
9 – Actions around letting go of the physical world and having the courage to do what you love.
Earlier I spoke about converting life situations into numeric sequences that reveal the relationship between specific behavior patterns and health issues. I’d like to demonstrate what I’ve been writing about (the relationship between behavior patterns and a health issue) by offering my theory on two causes of Alzheimer’s Disease.
First and foremost this is a disease about learning to “let go” of control. The prevalence of 7’s indicating control issues (doing or being) and 8’s (power and control issues) along with 6’s (doing for others grudgingly or having unrealistic expectations of self or others, and difficulty with being emotionally intimate (3), combines to form a strong need to control their environments (1).
Another consideration is the need for retaliation (8). This group has allowed themselves to be controlled by those in their environment . . . a partner or family. This can be a passive way of “making” others do for them. Passivity (2) and a failure to be emotionally intimate (3) combined with a fear of abandonment (7) can make these individuals passive.
The numeric pattern of 79/16/7 shows that this disease is a result of unresolved issues involving the need to be in control (7), internalizing emotions (9), being overly protective of others (79), having a lack of self-esteem (1), and a concern about making mistakes or being misunderstood (7). I believe that individuals that “contract” this illness have tried to mentally or physically control their environment due to very strong anxieties about being abandoned. They have tried throughout their entire lives to put ‘square pegs’ into round holes (16). They may see themselves as martyrs (the cause only known to them). They offer advice when it hasn’t been asked for, and then become frustrated, disappointed, angry, inflexible or unforgiving when their advice (26/8) or assistance is ignored. Their anxiety (35/8) about not being able to make everything perfect for everyone all of the time (16), places a strain on their nervous system (53/8). They may have a messianic sense of responsibility (16/7) i.e., a need to save or protect everyone and a belief that if they don’t their inadequacies will be pointed out by others (7). There is also a tendency to internalize their emotions and not “release” them (9), placing additional strain on their nervous system. Ultimately, this disease is the catalyst for the Soul to complete its lessons about trust, vulnerability, and unconditional love.
If you choose to familiarize yourself with the basics of numerology and learn the language of the numbers, you’ll be able to decipher every who, what, when, where, and how question you ask. You begin living a proactive life rather than a reactive life. We tend to forget that we would not have come unless we knew we had more than enough grace to successfully fulfill our destiny and our life’s calling in this lifetime.
If specific numbers crop up repeatedly in your life, pay attention. Spirit is talking to you. If you have questions about some numbers in your life please email them to me and with your permission I will publish my response in this column.
